Lawn Care

lawn careNo matter if you have a small lawn or a commercial property, VIP Pest Control can take care of all of your lawn and ornamental care needs. We offer a full array of lawn and ornamental care services that are customized to the needs of your home and lawn. These services include:

-Monthly lawn fertilization & weed control: We will inspect, diagnose and treat your lawn’s trouble areas organically or chemically.

- Monthly Ornamental Care: We will inspect, diagnose and treat any issues that may arise with your ornamentals organically or chemically.

-Lawn Painting: Be the envy of your neighbors! During the winter months, when your lawn is dormant, VIP Pest Control offers lawn painting service. Lawn painting is a great solution during water restriction periods as well. The green paint will last approximately through two grass cuttings. Lawn painting will not harm your grass and will give your lawn a beautiful green appearance.

- Mosquito Control: When we first treat for mosquitoes it kills the mosquitoes and chases away the ticks, fleas and gnats. This treatment coats the leaf surface of the grass, ornamentals and lower leaves of the trees with a natural repellent. All of the insects that are not initially killed, are repelled from the area by the treatment odor. It also helps prevent entry of any neighboring mosquitoes that may consider wandering in from next door. Mosquito larvae in standing water, will be suffocated by the spray because it coats the water’s surface and prevents oxygen from reaching the larvae. Our mosquito treatment is eventually odorless to humans, but not to the insects.

-Sod Installation: Sometimes a lawn needs to be resodded due to various reasons, such as damage by chinch bugs, drought or overgrown weeds. VIP Pest Control will treat the problem, prep the ground, lay the sod and then establish an ongoing monthly maintenance plan to help your new lawn become established and flourish.
